前のエントリーで目標1800gの3AXIS！とかぶち上げたけど、実はDISCO PROがOAW1817g...
1800gは絶対ムリだった(笑)

ということで、DISCOVERY 3AXIS完成！

我ながら、かなり良いでしょ！コレ！って言っちゃう仕上がりっぷり。
AUWは1889g、DISCO PRO比でわずか72g増で抑えられたのはかなり良い線。
72gを"わずか"と言うべきかは450サイズのクワッド的には微妙な数字なわけだけど、メタルケースのクソ重いCCD使ってたり減量の余地はあるので、最終的には1850g辺りを狙いたい。
重量増もあるし、カメラが15mm前へ出た(PRO比)のでProp.は10インチ。T-Motor Carbon Prop. V2 10x3.3もしくはGraupner 10x5のどちらか、相性を見て決める予定だけど、燃費向上に少し期待。
※テストフライトの結果、Graupner 10x5の圧勝。T-Motor Carbon Prop. V2 10x3.3はダメですね。

要のレールマウントパーツはTAROTのもの。
t=3のカーボンからステーを切り出してアッパープレートを延長して、とか考えてたけど、最小限にカットするには少し複雑で骨が折れそうだな...と思ってたとこで、ストックパーツの山の中から何気なく抜き出して量ってみたところ、素晴らしく軽量で、今回のModに使ったパイプ(140mmに切断)x2本とホルダーx4つでたったの26g！
ここまで軽いのは、0.03mm超薄ですか？ってぐらい薄いパイプのおかげ。
カーボンプレートを使ってフレーム延長の庇構造にすると、どうしてもしなりやブレをケアする必要があるけど、極薄とは言えパイプ剛性のおかげで"しなり"なし。

ちなみに、DIYでよく使われそうな素材での26gがどれほどか...

M4(H:20mm)の金属スペーサーx4が26.8g。横のt=2.0,100x110mmのカーボン板が26.5g。たったこれだけの部材ですら26g強。
いかにTAROTのコレが軽いかわかるかと。

くみ上げたマウント部のトータル重量は31g(除くCCD)

取り付けの穴あけも基盤パターンを避けつつ、YAW軸はばっちりプレートセンターにマウントする高度な技術力(DIY力)！フレームは一部カットして、上下前後のクリアランスもギリギリまで詰めた。
前端で左右のパイプをブリッジするステーは、H3-3Dのアッパーブラケットの取り付け穴に共締め。
さらにCCDを載せて、ワイヤリングはパイプ内に。計算され尽くした、このレイアウト(ドヤ)

もうね、「TAROTレールパーツによるTBS DISCOVERYへのDJI H3-3Dマウントに関する特許」あげてもいいレベルだと自画自賛。

H3-3Dを積むにあたって、必要なアッパープレート地上高は10.5cm。Pro用のLeg Extensionでは2.5cm足りないので、こんな感じで超軽量仕様。

t=2.0のカーボンをW:8mm L:90mmにカット、内径6mmのパイプエンドキャップで先端をお手当して、薄い両面テープとジップタイx2で取り付け。
トータル2.5gの超軽量で、見た目の貧弱さからもわかるようにそれなりにしなるけど、基本はハンドランチ&amp;ハンドキャッチなので問題無し。

DISCOのCOREにはビデオスイッチ機能が無いので、別途小型の3chビデオスイッチャーをインストール。
iOSDminiも仕込んであるので、機能的にはDISCO PROと同等。
CCDの映像にはノイズはないんだけど、なぜかGoProには横縞ノイズが出たので、配線見直したり、フェライト入れたり、色々やったけど改善せず。USB給電がノイズ源？惜しいけど原因不明なので放置。

個人的にはGoProへの給電は 止めて欲しいんだけど、止めるには物理的にフレキのパターンカットするしかないのかな。超便利！！

1800gは絶対ムリだった(笑)</p>
<p>ということで、DISCOVERY 3AXIS完成！<br />

我ながら、かなり良いでしょ！コレ！って言っちゃう仕上がりっぷり。<img decoding="async" alt="TBS-DISCOVERY-3AXIS-9" src="http://hightimes247.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/TBS-DISCOVERY-3AXIS-9-900x599.jpg" width="900" height="599" /><br />
AUWは1889g、DISCO PRO比でわずか72g増で抑えられたのはかなり良い線。<br />
72gを&#8221;わずか&#8221;と言うべきかは450サイズのクワッド的には微妙な数字なわけだけど、メタルケースのクソ重いCCD使ってたり減量の余地はあるので、最終的には1850g辺りを狙いたい。<br />
重量増もあるし、カメラが15mm前へ出た<span style="font-size: xx-small;">(PRO比)</span>のでProp.は10インチ。T-Motor Carbon Prop. V2 10&#215;3.3もしくはGraupner 10&#215;5のどちらか、相性を見て決める予定だけど、燃費向上に少し期待。<br />
※テストフライトの結果、Graupner 10&#215;5の圧勝。T-Motor Carbon Prop. V2 10&#215;3.3はダメですね。</p>

要のレールマウントパーツはTAROTのもの。<br />
t=3のカーボンからステーを切り出してアッパープレートを延長して、とか考えてたけど、最小限にカットするには少し複雑で骨が折れそうだな&#8230;と思ってたとこで、ストックパーツの山の中から何気なく抜き出して量ってみたところ、素晴らしく軽量で、今回のModに使ったパイプ<span style="font-size: xx-small;">(140mmに切断)</span>x2本とホルダーx4つでたったの26g！<br />
ここまで軽いのは、0.03mm超薄ですか？ってぐらい薄いパイプのおかげ。<br />
カーボンプレートを使ってフレーム延長の庇構造にすると、どうしてもしなりやブレをケアする必要があるけど、極薄とは言えパイプ剛性のおかげで&#8221;しなり&#8221;なし。</p>

<p>もうね、「TAROTレールパーツによるTBS DISCOVERYへのDJI H3-3Dマウントに関する特許」あげてもいいレベルだと自画自賛。</p>
<p>H3-3Dを積むにあたって、必要なアッパープレート地上高は10.5cm。Pro用の<a href="http://hightimes247.com/multicopter/leg-extension-in-production/9423/" target="_blank">Leg Extension</a>では2.5cm足りないので、こんな感じで超軽量仕様。<br />

t=2.0のカーボンをW:8mm L:90mmにカット、内径6mmのパイプエンドキャップで先端をお手当して、薄い両面テープとジップタイx2で取り付け。<br />
トータル2.5gの超軽量で、見た目の貧弱さからもわかるようにそれなりにしなるけど、基本はハンドランチ&amp;ハンドキャッチなので問題無し。</p>
<p>DISCOのCOREにはビデオスイッチ機能が無いので、別途小型の3chビデオスイッチャーをインストール。<br />
iOSDminiも仕込んであるので、機能的にはDISCO PROと同等。<br />
CCDの映像にはノイズはないんだけど、なぜかGoProには横縞ノイズが出たので、配線見直したり、フェライト入れたり、色々やったけど改善せず。USB給電がノイズ源？惜しいけど原因不明なので放置。<br />

うちのF550もこの「アッパープレートダイポールマウント」（勝手に命名(^^);;）採用してますが、どうしてもペラ映り込みます。<br />
かといってDiscoに穴開ける勇気がありません・・・</p>

<p>You can make Disco 3Axis cheaper by yourself.<br />
It was builded two Tarot 10mm carbon nano tube cutted 145mm x 2 and four Tarot M10 metal silicon damper mount.<br />
Discovery frame need to be cutted around font area and drilled to put damper mount.</p>
