GoproHDのTV outジャックからライブの映像出力に成功したことは既報のとおり。
屋外で運用する為、むき出しの液晶モジュールにケースをば！！

とは言っても、メインはアングル決める時、たまの録画の確認が目的なので、走行中は外す。当然、防滴性能とかそんなのは要らない。
最低限、液晶が外で使えれば良いってレベル。

ケースに使えそうな物を探しに100均を2件ハシゴしたけど、ちょうどいいサイズのものは見つからなかった。

そこで、家にあったアクリル板を使うことに。
お金はかからないが、時間はそれなりにかかるという・・・
特に妄想時間(シミュレーションね)。

アクリル板を切り出す。
2mm厚、1.4mm厚、5mm角棒

穴開けたり、曲げたり、くっつけたり。

今回ホムセンで購入したもの、ボルト,ナット、スペーサー、ゴム板

基盤サイズに切り出したアクリル板と5mm角棒をブリッジ状にして、アクリル板に接着してある、そこに出来た5mmの隙間に液晶を差し込む。液晶が3mm程度なのでガタがでる、裏にゴム板を貼ってがたつき防止。

スペーサーとボルトを挿す。液晶の上下をスペーサーで固定する構造。
ここが今回の工作の自己満ポイントだったりする。コレだ！！って閃く瞬間ってあるじゃない？

コード類も家にあったモノを利用して作る。
熱収縮チューブで半田付け部分を保護しようと思ったけど、チューブが見つからず・・・ハーネステープでで適当に。
電源をUSBメスにしたのは、色々な外部電源が使えるように。

1.4mmのアクリル板を曲げたものは外枠になる。これは別に要らないかなあ、と思ったけど、気持ち程度にホコリ防止。
外枠とコードをはめる。

とりあえず完成！！
　
透明なままでカッコ良く！が予定だったが、ン〜(A；´･ω･)ｱｾｱｾ
アクリルの接着部分が汚なかったり、所々アクリルサンデーが垂れちゃったり・・・
なので、前面はカッティングシートでお化粧しようと思う。
ケーブルの固定がフリーのまま。このままでは連結部にストレスがかかるので、固定方法はそのうち考えよう。
　
このケースはボルトを外せば全部バラせるように作ってある。
載せてある写真も実は一度組んだモノをわざわざバラしてから撮影した。

なんでわざわざ？

ライブモニター出力のTipsをムービーで作ろうと思ったけど、手順を考えると顔とか部屋とか盛大に写っちゃいそうなのでパス。
GoproHDが広角すぎる故の弊害。
外人じゃないので、顔出し・部屋出しする勇気はないw
