【全塗装その２４】スプレー筆塗り

意味不明なタイトルですが、まんまです。
日曜日に終わった補修は、あくまでホワイト部分・・・
レッド部分で塗膜が薄い所があったようで、マスキングのバリを水研ぎしたらホワイトが見えちゃいました。

こんな感じの×４カ所
次から次へともうイヤっイヤッ( ´；ω；`)ﾌﾞﾜｯ

アッパーはデカすぎて、お風呂場での取り回しも悪いため、お風呂場スプレーは厳しい。
一カ所なら何とかなりそうだけど、両側に補修部がある。
片側やって乾燥させてひっくり返して・・・なんてやってたら3,4時間かかっちゃいそう。
そもそもマスキングが面倒くさい。
週末まで待ってお外で、となるとGW突入確定(A；´･ω･)ｱｾｱｾ
八方塞がり！！

そこでタイトルのくだり。
スプレーを筆塗りする。
正しくは、缶スプレーの塗料を筆塗りする。

思いついた時は、オレ頭イイ！！ヽ(´▽｀)/
と思ったんだけど、正直やってみるまでドキドキなんだぜ。

素直にタッチアップ用のペンを買えよ！という突っ込みはしない方向でお願いします。
デカイ衝動買いはするくせに、少しの費用をケチるのがオイラ流。
というか、思いついたので試してみたい。

用意したもの

・塗料用ボトル 50ml ・・・75円×２つ
・シリコンチューブ・・・工具箱の余り物
・筆・・・道具箱の余り物
・残り少ないボデーペン

ボトル以外は家にあったので、費用はたった150円！
これで、残り少ないスプレーを有効活用する。

さっそくDIY。

塗料ボトルのフタに適当に小さな2個と、チューブにぴったりサイズの穴を空けてみる。

穴にチューブを通し、小さな穴の上にキッチンペーパーを被せてみた。
チューブにテープを巻いて太さ調節、穴にしっかりと固定されるようにした。

スプレー缶のスイッチをもぎ取り、先端にチューブを挿入してみる。
幸運にもチューブはピッタリでクリップはいらなかった。
挿してる時にちょっとプシュプシュ、ドキドキ。
チューブ径が大きい時はワイヤーなんかでしっかり止めたほうがいいかも。
ここがしっかりと止まっていないと悲惨な事になる予感。

皆さん既にお察しのように・・・
スプレーを噴射させると、チューブを通ってボトルの中へ塗料が溜まる・・・
ハズだ！！

漏れたら大惨事だな・・・イキまっせ！

大成功！

フタに空けた2カ所の小さな穴は何かというと、ガス抜き用の穴。
これを空けずにプシューすると・・・ガスが溜まって吹っ飛ぶ可能性も？
塗料の漏れを防ぐためにキッチンペーパーを貼ってみたが、スプレーの残りが少なく勢いが弱かったので必要なかったかな。

採取できた塗料は12cc程。

溜まった塗料を揺らすとプシュプシュいってる。
ガスが溶け込んでるのかな？

プシュプシュが収まるまで、ワインに空気を含ませるかのようにボトルを優しく揺らす。

プシュプシュ音が消えたので、もう一つのボトルのフタに交換して揮発を防ぐ。
2つ購入したボトルのうち、一つは保存用のフタだけのため。

シンナーの量が多く塗料がサラサラすぎるので、このままでは筆塗りには適さない。
スプレーのフタに少量出して、サラダ油程度の粘度になるまでシンナーを飛ばしてから塗る。

筆でペタペタと塗る、というよりは塗料を置いていく感じ。

このあとの上手い水研ぎのやり方はSOFT99
のココが大いに参考になりそう。

上記のSOFT99のリンク先には1週間乾燥させるなんてことが書いてある。
・・・１週間て、待ってられるかw
傷を埋めた訳じゃないし、ヒケは大丈夫。
水研ぎは明日だ、明日！！

そういえば、筆塗りするくせに「溶剤」が全く頭になかったんだな。
重ね塗り直前に気づいた。
固まった筆洗えねぇぇw
オォ！ボトル内の塗料がシンナー多めでサラサラ、それで洗おう。
予想以上に上手くいった予感、これで水研ぎ後に問題が無ければ、
今回の「スプレー缶の塗料をそのまま筆塗りで使うDIY」
